Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Shopme Agent mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by YoubanAI ("us", "we", "our").
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Shopme Agent is a shopping assistant application that allows users to: - Browse and purchase products from various stores - Calculate shipping fees and delivery times - Manage shipping addresses - Track orders - Make payments through integrated third-party payment processors
3. User Accounts
- 3.1 Registration To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
- 3.2 Account Security You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
- 3.3 Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
4. User Conduct
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated methods or scripts to access or scrape data from the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
5. Purchases and Payments
- 5.1 Product Information We strive to display accurate product information, including pricing and availability. However, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, or current.
- 5.2 Pricing and Currency Prices displayed in the app may be shown in different currencies. The final price will be clearly displayed before checkout in the currency applicable to your region.
- 5.3 Payment Processing We use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these payment processors.
- 5.4 Subscriptions and In-App Purchases The Service may offer subscription services and in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the subscription period selected.
- 5.5 Automatic Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- 5.6 Cancellation Policy You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.
- 5.7 Refund Policy Refunds are handled according to the App Store's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
6. Shipping and Delivery
- 6.1 Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight, dimensions, and shipping method. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before checkout.
- 6.2 Delivery Timeframes Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
- 7.1 App Content All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

17. Apple App Store Specific Terms
- These Terms constitute an agreement between you and YoubanAI, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
- You hereby represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
