Care & Safety

Washing:**

Dry cleaning is the recommended method to preserve the integrity of the wool.

If hand washing, use lukewarm water (around 30°C / 86°F) and a gentle detergent specifically for wool.

Soak for 3 minutes, then carefully pat and press the garment. Avoid harsh rubbing or wringing.

Rinse thoroughly 2–3 times with clean, cool water.

To remove excess water, gently squeeze or place the sweater in a mesh laundry bag and use a gentle spin cycle in your washing machine.

Drying & Ironing:**

Reshape the sweater and lay it flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat.

Never hang a wet wool sweater**, as the weight can cause it to stretch and lose its shape.

If needed, use a steam iron on a low-temperature setting.

Storage:**

To maintain the fibers' natural elasticity, it's best to let the sweater rest for a day between wears.

Store folded neatly in a drawer or on a shelf. For long-term storage, use a breathable garment bag.

To protect from moths, place cedar balls or other moth repellents nearby, but do not let them come into direct contact with the fabric.
