How to Use

1. **Preparation:** Thoroughly wash and dry your hands with soap and a lint-free towel before handling lenses.

2. **Inspection:** Remove the lens from the blister pack and inspect it. Ensure the lens is clean, wet, and not damaged. Check that the lens is not inside out (it should look like a bowl, not a dish).

3. **Application:** Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid and the middle finger of the applying hand to pull down the lower eyelid. Gently place the lens on the center of your eye.

4. **Removal:** Look up and pull down your lower eyelid. Gently pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it.
