How to Use

1. **Reservation:** After a successful transaction, you will receive an SMS link for self-service booking. Alternatively, you may call the service hotline at 020-81717951 to schedule your specific pier and departure time.

2. **Arrival:** Please arrive at your selected pier at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Ensure you have received your entry SMS; if it has not arrived, contact the merchant for a reissue.

3. **Identification:** Every passenger must present a valid physical ID card or a recognized electronic ID. The "one person, one ticket, one ID" rule is strictly enforced.

4. **Boarding:** Present your booking confirmation and ID at the gate to receive your boarding pass and proceed to the open-air deck.

Care & Safety

Supervision:** For safety reasons, minors are not permitted to board the vessel alone and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the deck.
