How to Use

This pillow requires a gradual adaptation period to allow your body to adjust.

1. **Initial Stretching:** Begin by using only the triangular traction pillow to gently stretch your neck for 10–25 minutes before bed.

2. **Adapting to Sleep:** For your first few nights, you may prefer to sleep only on the flat pillow, especially if you feel any initial soreness.

3. **Combine for Full Support:** As you get used to the pillow, you can begin sleeping on the combined set. Gradually increase the duration until you can comfortably use it for the entire night.

4. **Adjust Filling:** Unzip the inner and outer covers to access the filling. Add or remove the herbal blend from either pillow to achieve your ideal firmness and height.

Care & Safety

The outer cotton pillowcase is fully removable and machine-washable.

The inner pillow containing the herbal filling should not be washed. Air it out in a cool, ventilated area as needed.
