How to Use

1. **Preparation:** Wash and dry your hands thoroughly with soap and a lint-free towel before handling the lenses.

2. **Inspection:** Place the lens on the tip of your index finger. Ensure it is clean, moist, and shaped like a perfect bowl (edges curving up).

3. **Insertion:** Use your middle finger to pull down the lower eyelid and your other hand to lift the upper lid. Gently place the lens directly onto the center of your eye.

4. **Settling:** Blink slowly a few times to center the lens.

5. **Removal:** Look up and gently pinch the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it.
