How to Use
1. Warm your teapot, gaiwan, or mug with hot water.
2. Use approximately 3-5 grams of tea leaves for every 6 oz (180ml) of water.
3. Heat fresh, filtered water to around 185°F (85°C). Avoid using fully boiling water, as it can scorch the delicate leaves.
4. Pour the water over the leaves and steep for 45-60 seconds for the first infusion.
5. Pour and enjoy. This tea can be re-steeped multiple times, with each infusion revealing new layers of flavor. Simply increase the steeping time slightly for each subsequent brew.
Care & Safety
To preserve maximum freshness and flavor, store in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Keep the tea in an airtight container, away from moisture and strong odors from other foods or spices.
