How to Use

Your avocados are shipped firm to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

1. **Ripen:** To ripen, simply leave them on your kitchen counter at room temperature for a few days. To speed up the process, place them in a paper bag, optionally with an apple or banana.

2. **Check for Ripeness:** The avocado is ready to eat when it yields to gentle pressure in the palm of your hand. The skin of a Hass avocado will also darken to a purplish-black color as it ripens.

Care & Safety

Unripe Avocados:** Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate them before they are ripe, as this will prevent them from softening properly.
