How to Use

This device is designed for spread moxibustion, which requires a partition material like minced ginger. Moxa wool and ginger are not included.

1. Place a protective towel over the desired treatment area (e.g., abdomen or lower back).

2. Position the wooden moxibustion trough on top of the towel.

3. Spread a thick, even layer of fresh minced ginger across the entire mesh bottom inside the trough. The ginger layer must be substantial enough to prevent any moxa wool from falling through or touching the mesh directly.

4. Carefully and evenly distribute loose moxa wool on top of the ginger layer.

5. Ignite the moxa wool and let it smolder, generating a gentle, penetrating heat for your session.

Care & Safety

To prevent damage to the tool, always use a sufficiently thick layer of minced ginger as a protective barrier between the burning moxa and the device.

Ensure the smoldering moxa wool does not directly touch or burn the wooden frame.

Allow the device and any remaining ash to cool completely before handling and cleaning.
