How to Use

1. Select your desired blade and click it securely into the main frame of the slicer.

2. Place the slicer over the collection container.

3. For safety and control, especially with smaller items, press the food firmly onto the prongs of the hand guard.

4. Grip the hand guard and slide the food item smoothly and evenly across the blade.

5. Your perfectly cut ingredients will collect neatly in the container below.

6. Lift the inner basket to rinse and drain your prepped food directly.
