How to Use

1. Gently break off one or two squares from the tea brick.

2. Place the tea into your favorite teapot, gaiwan, or infuser.

3. For best results, perform a quick rinse by pouring hot water over the leaves and immediately discarding the water. This helps awaken the tea.
