How to Use

1. Carefully light one end of the moxa stick until it begins to smolder.

2. Gently blow on the tip to ensure it is evenly lit.

3. Hold the lit stick approximately 1-2 inches away from the skin over the desired acupoint. Use the included acupoint chart for guidance. Do not touch the stick directly to the skin.

4. Keep the stick over the area, moving it in a slow, circular motion to distribute the warmth. Treat one area for 10-15 minutes or as comfortable.
