How to Use

1. Take one of the cords with the attached weighted ball.

2. To install, insert the free end of the cord through the side of the handle with two holes.

3. Thread the cord out through the single hole on the opposite side.

4. Adjust the cord to your desired length and pull it tight to secure it in place.

5. Repeat for the second handle.

Care & Safety
