How to Use

1. Upon arrival, unroll your new pillow and allow 24-48 hours for it to fully expand and air out. Any initial "new foam" scent is normal and will dissipate in a well-ventilated room.

2. Select the side that feels most comfortable for you. The higher contour is generally recommended for side sleepers to fill the space between the head and shoulder, while the lower contour is often preferred by back sleepers to maintain natural neck alignment.

3. Place the pillow on your bed with the chosen contour supporting your neck, and enjoy a deeper, more comfortable sleep.

Care & Safety

Pillow Core:** Do NOT wash the memory foam core. If needed, spot clean with a cloth lightly dampened with mild soap and water. Allow it to air dry completely away from direct heat or sunlight.

Pillowcase:** The outer cover is removable and machine washable. Please follow the instructions on the care tag for best results.
