How to Use

1. Soften your skin by taking a warm bath or shower for at least 5-10 minutes. Do not apply any soaps, oils, or shower gels before exfoliating.

2. Step away from the water. Thoroughly wet the mitt and squeeze out any excess water.

3. Place the mitt on your hand and begin scrubbing your body using firm, back-and-forth motions. You will start to see dead skin cells rolling off.

4. Once finished, rinse your body and the mitt completely with warm water.

5. Pat your skin dry and apply your favorite body lotion or moisturizer to hydrate your newly exfoliated skin.
