How to Use

Preparing your pomelo is simple. First, use a sharp knife to slice off the top and bottom caps of the fruit. Next, score the thick rind vertically from top to bottom in several places, being careful not to cut into the flesh. Using your fingers, peel the thick rind away from the fruit. Once peeled, you can easily break the pomelo into segments. Peel the tough membrane from each individual segment to reveal the juicy pulp inside.
