How to Use

1. Hold one end of the moxa stick over a flame until it is lit and begins to smolder evenly.

2. Gently blow on the lit end to ensure it has a steady ember.

4. Move the stick in slow, circular motions or hold it steady over the point to apply gentle, penetrating warmth for several minutes.

5. When finished, completely extinguish the moxa stick in a dedicated moxa extinguisher or a fire-safe container filled with sand or salt. Ensure it is fully out before storing.
