How to Use
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the CPU die and the heatsink contact surface with high-purity isopropyl alcohol. Ensure both surfaces are completely dry and free of oil or old residue.
- Insulation Protection: Since liquid metal is electrically conductive, you must protect the surrounding electronic components. Apply a thin layer of insulating coating or Kapton tape around the CPU die to prevent accidental short circuits.
